Account data (name, business email, company, phone, job title), transaction data (quotes, orders, addresses, invoices), messages sent through our contact form, and technical data (IP address, browser, security logs).

3. How we use it

To provide access to the Portal, process quotes and orders, issue invoices and payments, communicate about your transactions, secure the service and meet legal obligations.

4. Payments

Card payments are handled by Stripe. We receive payment status and the last digits of the card, never the full card number.

5. Sharing

We share data with service providers acting on our behalf (hosting, payment processing, email delivery, our order-management system) and when required by law. We do not sell personal data.

6. Cookies

The Portal uses only essential cookies (session and security). No advertising cookies are used.

7. Retention and security

We keep data for as long as needed for the purposes above and legal retention periods. Access is restricted by role and protected with encryption in transit and audit logging.
