Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the YGAero Portal and every quotation, purchase order and sale made through it. By accessing the Portal or placing an order you accept them.

2. Accounts

Access is by invitation. Account holders are responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and for all activity under their account and its subordinate users.

3. Quotations and prices

Quotations are valid for the period stated in the document. Prices are subject to availability. Items not held in stock are sourced from suppliers and quoted on request.

4. Purchase orders

A purchase order placed in the Portal is identified by the YGAero Sales Order number unless the customer enters its own PO number at checkout. An order is binding once acknowledged (ACK) by the customer and accepted by YGAero.

5. Payment

Card payments are processed by Stripe through an invoice issued when the customer requests to pay an order. YGAero does not store card data. Other payment arrangements are governed by the agreed credit terms.

6. Delivery and traceability

Delivery terms (e.g. EXW) are stated per item. Parts are supplied with the certification and traceability documentation indicated in the quotation.

7. Returns and warranty

Returns require prior written authorization. Warranty terms follow the manufacturer's or repair station's conditions for each part.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, YGAero's liability is limited to the value of the affected order. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
